ExCap was founded by Deon Richter, an MBA graduate of the University of Illinois with 12+ years operating and advising businesses. Deon has scaled four startups, worked with 100+ Fortune 500 executives on running their companies, and trained 5,000+ sales executives globally. His mission is to scale businesses by buying back their time through customised, effective AI adoption and workflow automation. He brought AI automation into ExCap in 2025 to extend the process-build services ExCap has offered since 2019. Deon also hosts the Not Yet Mature podcast.
