We believe that any company (whether startup, entrepreneur, NGO, NPO
or fortune500) that practises
ethical business behaviours ,centralised
around
client servitude that is built on relationships and offers a goal,
product or service that
delivers a solution to a problem- Is a company
that should exit the finite space into the INFINITE.


Simply because it;’s not about them (The me , me, me), it's about others.


These companies are the ones that surely will remain for centuries to
come, even though the need for their current product or service offering
no longer exists.


That is our mission. To source these companies and help them excel to
exit the finite space and enter the infinite space, while cultivating a
strong sustainable leadership culture- a culture dedicated to serve
over sell and restore relational behaviour with clients and consumers.

At ExCap we need to practise what we preach- It’s all about
relationships, so instead of offering a predesigned syllabus,
material or products we carefully design it around who you are. We
look at internal factors and external factors. We believe that there
are 3 core values (Our WHAT) to be focused on, with a couple of
items per value.


Before we get to our WHAT, this is our “how”:

We start with an Audit where we measure 30 metrics on your
business. These metrics are not unique to us, but the sequence and
analysis of these metrics are the reason why we believe we are able
to be all GREEN on our measure-ables across client portfolios.

  • Company Culture- (The culture, The WHY of who you are, the leadership and the Company values), we look at HOW you currently look like, WHAT your audience sees you as, WHY your culture should look “differently” - or , in few cases, WHY NOT?. We look internally at the people, processes and systems, and externally at the impact.


  • Sales training- Yes, you do need it. Whether you sell services, products, subscriptions or just give out FREE content, Selling (or bartering) is not only a skillset, art or scientific techniques, and yes, it is, but it’s more than that. We look at taking you to the next level without being limited by your current offering.


  • Process Development- Everything that is not processed will always be your work and responsibility. But even more, processes allow us to look bigger than what we are, it allows us to measure predictively and act before issues arise, it allows us to scale and measure scale and it allows us to place mind logic into action and automation.
